  2. Are the "It is undignified for any human being" and "As we grow older and see the ends of stories" for me & Kristin or for Laura's chorus? The bleak winter West text I recognize, and it is for me/K,still, right?

Great to be blogging/knowing/working with all!

  3. They're both for you and Kristin - they're also from Rebecca West, and should be in that series of texts I sent to you last year. I'm happy to re-send them all if you like...

very happy to be working with/blogging with/knowing everyone as well.

and thank you for posting the winter monologue. i had this idea of you speaking it over a mic and people walking up the wooden walkway at the end, while a series of televisions on the walkway plays this video of my friend walking through Athens to the acropolis through the snow... it ends as the audience reaches the outside of the glass room. they see you and all the other medeas and chorus inside, and you all walk away. and then it is over...

  4. also...i was surprised that the text mentions the children so early on. since you'd like to distance from that particular angle...wonder if you could excavate the euripides from the stranger/wronged woman battling the system angle w/o ever mentioning the children and killing them? would that be appropriate or interesting?

  5. I've got all the chorus text from earlier, Peter, just need to revisit it! I'll flag those additional 2.
